Includes image quality controls for lens correction and defective pixel canceling. Supports 8/10/12-bit RAW RGB output formats via MIPI/LVDS interface with horizontal and vertical sub-sampling. Features fast mode switching, 2×2 binning support, standard SCCB interface, and embedded 256-bit one-time programmable memory for part identification. Built-in phase lock loop (PLL), programmable I/O drive capability, 1.5V core regulator, and alternate frame/line HDR support.
