Automatic black level calibration (ABLC) image sensor with programmable controls for frame rate, mirror and flip, cropping, and windowing. Includes image quality controls for lens correction and defective pixel canceling. Supports 8/10/12-bit RAW RGB output formats via MIPI/LVDS interface with horizontal and vertical sub-sampling. Features fast mode switching, 2×2 binning support, standard SCCB interface, and embedded 256-bit one-time programmable memory for part identification. Built-in phase lock loop (PLL), programmable I/O drive capability, 1.5V core regulator, and alternate frame/line HDR support.
