The DLyte Desktop Series is an advanced surface finishing solution designed for small laboratories, workshops, workrooms and SMEs. It combines precise hardware and software with electronic monitoring and media control for metal surface finishing processes. The equipment allows easy storage and management of specific parameters for each piece, offering a cost-effective solution for processing casting, sintering or milling metal parts. It features programmable cycle time, automatic adjustment of parameters and media conductivity, variable motor speed and movement, ergonomic holder loading, and quick media change. The system includes a Dry Suspension electrolyte for cobalt-chrome and titanium alloy dental pieces that delivers high-gloss finish with exceptional uniformity, geometry preservation, and repeatability. The technology employs a moderator liquid as media carrier to shield the surface from oxygen during processing.
