The system features short processing times in a compact design, high profitability with short payback time, environmentally friendly operation, tolerance respect, mirror finishing, improved passivation and corrosion resistance, and low material removal. It replaces traditional methods such as rubber tips, electrolytic baths, and brushing. The system uses a combination of planetary motion and vertical back-and-forth motion with dry electropolishing particles that reach inner cavities inaccessible mechanically. Processing times range from 30-45 minutes depending on manufacturing type.
