It features low flatness, high homogeneity, and an outstanding material property portfolio. MEMpax® opens up a variety of applications in electronics and biotechnology. It is ideal for use in pressure sensors, MEMS mirrors, RF IC packaging, and diagnostics/biotechnology applications. The material offers thermal match to silicon, low dielectric constant, high optical transmission, and low autofluorescence.
