High-performance zirconium dioxide disc offering outstanding strength with its special layering concept, which also achieves better masking of underlying teeth. Translucency from >49% to >40%. Three-layer structure: Upper layer 5Y-TZP >49% T. (3 mm) >800 MPa, Interlayer 3Y- & 5Y-TZP (5 mm), Lower layer 3Y-TZP >40% (Remaining height 12 mm) >1,150 MPa. Flexural strength: typical mean value >1,100 MPa. Homogeneous coloring. Consistently reproducible shades. Rapid sintering with a total time of approx 4 hours; approved for restorations with up to 3 units.
