7-Channel integrated LDOs for camera sensor applications including 2-Ch DVDD, 2-Ch AVDD, 1-Ch VDDIO, 1-Ch VDDAF, 1-Ch VDDOIS. Features 400 KHz high speed I2C interface with flexible function settings for power sequence, output voltage, output discharge, and current limit per channel. Uses N-MOSFET LDO architecture for DVDD channels and P-MOSFET LDO architecture for other channels. Ultra low dropout voltage and optimized for high efficiency and lower power dissipation. Available in small 1.6 x 1.6 mm wafer level chip scale package, Pb-free and halogen-free.
