Supports 8/10-bit RAW output formats with image sizes of 640 x 480, 320 x 240, and 160 x 120. Fast mode switching with horizontal and vertical 2:1 and 4:1 monochrome subsampling and 2×2 monochrome binning. One-lane MIPI and LVDS serial output interfaces. Embedded 256 bits of OTP memory, two on-chip PLLs, built-in 1.5V regulator for core, PWM, and built-in strobe control.
