Supports multiple image sizes including 5MP (2592×1944), Quad HD (2560×1440), 1080p (1920×1080), 720p (1280×720), and VGA (640×480). Includes 2k bits of embedded one-time programmable (OTP) memory, ultra low power mode (ULPM), 10-bit RGB RAW output format, interleave row HDR output, two-wire serial bus control (SCCB), and MIPI serial output interface (1- or 2-lane). Features 2x binning support and image quality control with defect pixel correction and automatic black level calibration.
