Automatic black level calibration (ABLC) with programmable controls for frame rate, mirror and flip, binning, cropping, and windowing. Support for dynamic DPC and multiple output formats including 10/12-bit RGB RAW and 12/14-bit RGB RAW after combination. Supports horizontal and vertical subsampling with typical image sizes from 8192 x 6144 down to 1280 x 720. Features standard SCCB interface, 4-lane D-PHY MIPI TX interface up to 3.0 Gbps/lane, and 2/3 trio C-PHY interface up to 4.0 Gsps/trio. High gain mode support up to 63.75x, Type 2 QPD PDAF support, and comprehensive HDR support with multiple RAW formats. Includes on-chip QPD to Bayer converter, three phase lock loops, programmable I/O drive capability, dual I/O power supply (1.2V/1.8V), and built-in temperature sensor.
