Advanced image sensor with automatic black level calibration (ABLC), programmable controls for frame rate, mirror and flip, cropping, and windowing. Features static defective pixel canceling, supports 10-bit RAW output formats, horizontal and vertical subsampling, and image sizes including 4MP, 3MP, 1080p, and 720p. Includes fast mode switching, 2×2 and 4×4 binning support, re-sampling filter, standard SCCB interface, and up to 4-lane MIPI serial output interface. Equipped with embedded 4K bits OTP memory, two on-chip PLLs, programmable I/O drive capability, built-in temperature sensor, and staggered 3-exposure HDR mode support.
