Features programmable controls for frame rate, mirror and flip, cropping, and windowing. Supports static defective pixel canceling, 10-bit RAW RGB MIPI output format, and horizontal/vertical sub-sampling. Includes fast mode switching, 2×2 and 4×4 binning, re-sampling filter, standard SCCB interface, up to 4-lane MIPI serial output, embedded 2K bits OTP memory, two on-chip PLLs, programmable I/O drive capability, and built-in temperature sensor.
