OC0TB 1/14.46" B&W 160 Kpixel (400 x 400) CMOS CameraCubeChip®

The OC0TB is a low voltage, high performance, 1/14.46-inch, CMOS CameraCubeChip® that provides the functionality of a single (400 x 400) camera using PureCel®Plus-S, global shutter, and Nyxel® technologies. The OC0TB provides full-frame, sub-sampled, and windowed 8/10-bit MIPI / SPI images via the control of the serial camera control bus (SCCB) interface. The OC0TB has an image array capable of operating at up to 240 frames per second (fps) in 10-bit 400 x 400 resolution with complete user control over image quality, formatting and output data transfer. For customized information purposes, the OC0TB includes 128 bytes of one-time programmable (OTP) memory. The OC0TB has a 1-lane MIPI interface or a 2-lane SPI interface.
