BD Posiflush pre-filled syringe

BD Posiflush XS and SP pre-filled syringes contain 0.9% NaCl saline solution for rinsing intravascular access devices. The XS "eXternally Sterile" for use on sterile fields (inside and outside of syringe sterile), while the SP "Sterile Fluid Pathway" for use outside sterile fields (inside of syringe sterile and outside clean). They minimize the risk of overpressure during rinsing. Class III medical device (MDR 2017/745).
