Polyester is a synthetic braided non absorbable sterile surgical suture made from Poly (Ethylene Terephthalate). Polyester sutures are coated with a thin layer of wax. The suture is available in a wide range of diameter – length combinations attached to high-quality medical grade stainless steel needles of different sizes and types.
