Vario-Duplication Tray

The Vario-Duplication Tray of the Heraeus Denture Model System consists of the following components: 1. Base tray as tray closure 2. Blocking-out tray for non-base duplication 3. Model plate for holding the working model during duplication with base impression 4. Sleeve as form-giving enclosure 5. Vario-Plate for stabilizing the silicone mold 6. Silicone sleeve for pouring the model base All parts are available in two sizes for optimal adaptation to the working model and to reduce material consumption. Indication: • Duplication with base impression (e.g. for split cast models, silicone consumption, depending on size, 100-140 g)• Economical duplication using the blocking-out tray with the silicone sleeve and silicone-free blocking-out material (silicone consumption, depending on size, 60-90 g)
