IPS e.max Ceram Art is an innovative product line of universal paint, glaze, and structure pastes for the individual characterization of ceramic restorations. The self-flowing and self-wetting glaze pastes enable easy and efficient application with optimal wetting behavior for uniform coverage without running or pooling. The form-stable paint consistency ensures color layers remain where they are placed after firing while retaining their color. Suitable for monolithic, pressed, or layered restorations, the product line includes essence and shade paints, illusion and structure pastes, and gingiva-specific formulations. Specially formulated cadmium-free gingiva pastes create realistic and fire-stable red tones for different phenotypes. Ready-to-use pastes require no mixing and offer consistent viscosity with easy dosage and processing. Compatible with zirconium oxide, lithium disilicate, and veneer ceramics in the CTE range of 9.4–17.5 × 10⁻⁶/K (25–500 °C).
