Tyvek® Reel is frequently used in medical facilities, hospitals, sterilization centers as packagings of medical devices that will be sterilized under Plasma or EO gas Sterilization condition. When Tyvek® packagings are peeled opened, they generate very few airborne particles. This clean-peel feature of Tyvek packaging minimizes the risk of initiating particles into a clean-environment. The puncture resistance feature of Tyvek® makes it an ideal solution for surgical device packagings, even devices with irregular or sharp edges, or with heavy weight.
