Nonwoven SMMS Wrap

The Nonwoven SMMS Wrap is made from a multi-layered structure of Spunbond, Meltblown, and Spunbond (SMMS), providing excellent strength, flexibility, and a high level of filtration. This unique combination of materials ensures that the wrap maintains its integrity during the sterilization process, preventing the ingress of contaminants while allowing for effective sterilization of the contents. The SMMS structure provides a high barrier to microbes, offering superior protection for surgical instruments and medical devices during both the sterilization process and storage. The nonwoven material is lightweight and breathable, ensuring proper air flow during the sterilization process. It is designed to withstand the high-temperature conditions of steam sterilization and the chemical exposure of EO, making it suitable for a wide range of medical and pharmaceutical applications.
