Transfer-Ring-Control II est un système créé pour la technique de la bague osseuse développée par le Dr Giesenhagen. Celui-ci permet une procédure en une étape pour l’augmentation et la greffe dans des cas de mâchoire résorbée, lorsque l’insertion d’un implant n’est pas possible en raison d’un espace disponible inadapté. Grâce à des instruments parfaitement jumelés, la surface de contact entre l’os et le greffon est particulièrement bonne et permet le traitement de défauts tridimensionnel avec l’aide de bague osseuse allogénique préfabriquée.

En raison de l’ajustement optimal entre l’os de la mâchoire, la bague osseuse et l’implant, ainsi que de la possibilité d’une procédure en une seule étape, il est donc possible d’obtenir une grande stabilité primaire ainsi qu’un temps de cicatrisation sensiblement écourté.

Transfer-Ring-Control II: Allogene und autologe Knochentransplantation

Transfer-Ring-Control II ist ein System für die von Dr. Giesenhagen entwickelte Knochenring-Technik. Diese dient dem einzeitigen Vorgehen von Augmentation und Implantation bei resorbiertem Kieferknochen, wenn eine Implantatinsertion allein aufgrund unzureichender Platzverhältnisse nicht möglich ist. Dank der perfekt aufeinander abgestimmten Instrumente wird an der Implantationsstelle ein kongruentes Knochen- und Implantatlager geschaffen, das die Versorgung dreidimensionaler Defekte mit Hilfe vorfabrizierter, allogener Knochenringe ermöglicht. Durch die optimale Passung zwischen Kieferknochen, Knochenring und inseriertem Implantat und der Möglichkeit des einzeitigen Vorgehens, wird eine hohe Primärstabilität erreicht und die Behandlungszeit deutlich verkürzt.
