Biomaterial synthesis used in dental and maxillofacial surgery for filling natural or pathological bone cavities. Composition based on polylactic acid and polyglycolic acid (PLGA) and hydroxyapatite (HA). The PLGA copolymer acts as a resorbable space maintainer between the bone defect plane and connective tissue, allowing osteocytes to replace it in approximately 4-6 months until natural bone tissue forms. Hydroxyapatite ensures rapid vascularization, facilitates advancement of osteons, and acts as a space maintainer. Easy to model, gains consistency when in contact with blood or saline solution, allowing filling of bone cavities while maintaining position. Ideal for oral surgery, implantology, periodontology, sinus lift procedures, volume maintenance, and periodontal surgery. Free from cross-contamination risks (SARS, BSE, HIV, HBV). Partially radiopaque. Suitable for all types of spaces, including difficult-to-reach areas. CE0426, ISO9001, and ISO13485 certified.
