FAIMOND SRL

Automatic diamond cutting machine with two work modules, designed for lapping and decorating flat, angled, concave and convex surfaces of metal chains. Features rotating vise with friction group and liquid-cooled tool head that can operate both horizontally and vertically. Mechanical cam system allows circular horizontal and transverse movement, creating asymmetric designs. Horizontal mode is adjustable from 0° to 180°. Can mount up to 5 tools (4 for horizontal, 1 for vertical work) with motorized head positioning at negative hundredth point impact. Complete enclosed working environment for chip recovery. Optional features: additional rotating vise for 4, 6, 8-side cutting in single pass, and stars head for complete star effect.
