Multi-axis CNC diamond grinding machine, fully automatic, designed for lapping, faceting and decorating oval, cylindrical or spherical objects with through holes. The machine features a dual tool head that enables both horizontal and vertical processing with automatic position change. In horizontal mode it automatically assumes various work angles from 0° to +/- 180°. The work heads can translate +/- 15 mm for processing long objects such as tubes, cylindrical, conical objects even with flat faces. Workpiece visualization occurs with camera and 10.4" LCD video. Processing of semi-finished products in a closed environment to allow scrap recovery. Programming of CNC settings occurs via simplified touch screen interface in front of the machine with Fanuc CNC.
