3D-printed injection mold for technical sports footwear

A plastic injection mold designed for the production of ski equipment accessories. The mold is made from DWS Systems material that is resistant to high temperatures and suitable for injection of various plastic materials including polycarbonate, polyethylene, nylon, and glass-filled polypropylene. The mold enables drastically reduced production time from three weeks to three days for production batches.
