white spots on smooth surfaces can be aesthetically masked. The Icon infiltrant, which penetrates the porous carious tooth structure, has a similar refractive index as healthy enamel. This causes the infiltrated lesion to visually blend in with the surrounding, healthy enamel. Mild to moderate fluorosis can also be aesthetically treated with Icon vestibular.
Two to three teeth can be treated per treatment unit.
