This attachment for the Palti handle system is bayonet-shaped to enable work in the area of the posterior teeth. In addition, the osteotome is equipped with a convex tip to lift the bone remaining after predrilling and thus create space for bone material. With a diameter of 2.5 mm, this is the smallest instrument in the series.
