Near-Infrared (NIR) Cut Filters

SCHOTT's premium-quality near-infrared radiation (NIR) cut filters ensure accurate color perception with exceptional vision and high NIR absorption. The filters are manufactured using high-precision production methods and include both high humidity resistance glasses and glasses with steep NIR cut. Customized coated filters, polished substrates, cemented filters and framed filters are available. These filters are integrated into image sensors for digital cameras, smartphone lenses, and night vision equipment to enable accurate color recognition and natural imaging. Different variants are available optimized for large sensor cameras, mobile camera modules, or NVIS applications with variations in thickness, chemical resistance, thermal expansion and cutoff wavelength. High humidity resistance glasses deliver outstanding picture quality with transparency maintained for more than 1,000 hours of use.
