HF-absorbing glass frit sold under glass code G018-405. Melted under permanent control of physical and chemical properties and further processed into homogeneous powder with defined particle size distribution. The glass is sufficiently temperature stable for use in ceramic coating applications and is characterized by lower abrasiveness than common ceramic materials. It is chemically and electrochemically stable in standard conducting salts and salts, and stable in a wide voltage window. Undergoes a two-stage production process: raw glass is melted in specially designed aggregates before being ground into fine powders of different grain sizes.
