Pressing on the internal water bladder in the center causes it to burst and react with the nitrogen salt mixture endothermically. Consequently, the temperature drops to -5 ºC. Outer pouch made of nonwoven fabric with three heat seals to guarantee maximum strength, cold storage and impermeability. The nonwoven fabric thus serves to protect sensitive zones from excessive cold sensation. It is under patent protection.
