Die Stärken des Teams entdecken: Studienteilnehmer gesucht

A research study conducted by MSH Medical School Hamburg and ZA eG that examines the relationship between personal strengths, professional well-being, and performance in dental practices. The study consists of two parts: Part 1 involves employees completing an online questionnaire about their individual strengths and experiences in the practice (45-60 minutes), and Part 2 involves practice owners completing a brief questionnaire about employee behavior at work (5-10 minutes per employee). Participants receive personalized feedback on their individual strengths and materials on well-being and performance improvement. Practice owners with at least 8 participating employees receive team-related feedback on the connection between character strengths, well-being, and performance of their team members.
