Ultrasonic scaler with magnetostrictive oscillation principle featuring a ferrite rod. The handpiece produces two-dimensional circular instrument tip movement with small amplitude of 10-20 µm at high frequency of 42,000 Hz. Instruments consist of hand-crafted titanium tips fitted with exchangeable ferrite rods and feature pull/push operation. Handpiece, hose, handpiece holder and instruments are autoclavable at 135°C. Supplied with six instruments fitted into two autoclavable teflon instrument holders.
