Superfine micro-mesh is used to hold, wash, infection control, and sterilization of small prosthetics, bone screws, micro-instruments. Overall, these micro baskets can be used and applied to keep precious fine surgical tools as well as prosthetics. Designed to hold many different instruments with smaller parts that are difficult to keep track of during washing, sterilization, transport & storage. Provide a maximum surface area to the washing equipment for maximum exposure to the process. Basket/trays are with fixed/detachable lids and locks (optional). Stainless steel construction withstands steam, machine washing, autoclaves, heat, and chemical sterilization process. Available with special protection strip capping. Equipped with unique identification RFID tags for content identification. Steam has unlimited contact to all surfaces.
