Without damaging the enamel, the CompoSite instruments are used for polishing and high-gloss polishing of composite restorations. CompoSite polishers are used for finishing and pre-polishing, CompoSite Fine (with white shaft marking) for polishing. The flexible and surface-adapting cups and discs safely polish subgingival and interproximal surfaces. The pear and midispike are particularly suitable for polishing occlusal and lingual surfaces.
Area of application: In the dental practice: Finishing and polishing of micro- and hybrid-composite restorations, such as inlays, onlays, crowns and bridges in the patient's mouth, as well as for the removal of cement residues of orthodontic bands (brackets).
- Recommended speed RA: 10,000 - 12,000 rpm, max. 20,000 rpm.
- Recommended speed FG: 10,000 - 12,000 rpm, max. 15,000 rpm.
