The micro powder blasting unit is a compact, fully sterilizable device for the use of blasting media such as aluminum and silicon oxide powders with a grain size of 20 to 80. The micro blasting unit is used with aluminum oxide powder for roughening ceramic, plastic, and metal surfaces prior to cementation in order to achieve good bonding. Direct connection to the turbine coupling via various adapters is possible, air pressure of 2.5-5 bar is possible, 360° rotatable nozzle, suitable for all types of sterilization up to 135°C, powder container autoclavable up to a maximum of 135°C. Particularly suitable for the CoJet System.
