PURAVIS® glass optical fibers featuring exceptional mechanical stability, high flexibility and very small bending radii. These fibers offer significantly improved chemical and autoclaving stability compared to conventional fibers. The high purity optical core provides low attenuation and excellent transmission of white light. The low dispersion results in illumination with high color uniformity and natural color retention. The fibers feature a high refractive index to enable high acceptance angles for illuminating large fields of view.
