SIMPLEX model isolation is tailored as a model isolation for 3D printed models. With the ready-to-use isolation, orthodontic appliances can be easily fabricated from dental plastic on the printed model. Applied with a brush, a uniform, gossamer-thin insulating film is created on the model surface. The result is the clean separation of model and dental plastic. The workpiece can be removed from the model after polymerization with a precise, true-to-drawing surface.

SIMPLEX model isolation ist als Modellisolierung auf 3D-gedruckte Modelle abgestimmt. Mit der gebrauchsfertigen Isolierung lassen sich auf dem gedruckten Modell unkompliziert KFO-Apparaturen aus Dentalkunststoff fertigen. Aufgetragen mit einem Pinsel, entsteht auf der Modelloberfläche ein gleichmäßiger, hauchfeiner Isolierfilm. Ergebnis ist die saubere Trennung von Modell- und Dentalkunststoff.
