POLYMAT 100°C

Polymerization Unit The POLYMAT is the pressure pot from the Reitel company. In the 7 liter vessel, articulators or multiple flasks can be easily accommodated. The polymerization unit is almost completely made of stainless steel - including the vessel inside the pressure pot. Due to the stable material and a heating coil located outside the usable space, it remains corrosion-free. Cleaning is also greatly simplified by the smooth, hygienic surface. The POLYMAT is also equipped with several safety functions and valves. With an operating temperature up to 100°C (optional 120°C) and pressure up to 6 bar, e.g. dentures or splints can be cured homogeneously and without bubbles. The heating process is also possible with the lid open. This way, dental products can also be added subsequently. After curing or after the set time has elapsed, the pressure is automatically released from the device. The POLYMAT is supplied including a water tap, through which the hot water can be safely drained.
