ProCal R is a ready-to-use, viscous, injectable paste based on calcium hydroxide. It boasts a high basic pH (>12) and is radiopaque. Its ready-to-use form facilitates easy application. Primarily utilized as a temporary root canal filling. After completing chemomechanical preparation and drying with paper cones, ProCal R is applied to the root canal. It's recommended to wait for 7-30 days in the root canal as per the treatment protocol.
