60MP image sensor with automatic black level calibration (ABLC), programmable controls for frame rate, mirror and flip, binning, cropping, and windowing. Supports dynamic DPC and output formats: 10-bit RGB RAW for normal mode and 8-bit RGB RAW for ULP mode. Features horizontal and vertical subsampling, ambient light sensor (ALS) mode, and ultra low power (ULP) mode. Up to 4-lane MIPI D-PHY TX interface with speeds up to 3.0 Gbps/lane, 2/3 trio C-PHY interface, and standard serial SCCB interface. Supports multiple image sizes from 9152 x 6592 to 512 x 384. Includes always-on (AO) support, 4-cell binning, and HDR support with Stagger HDR 2/3 exposure timing.
