Supports 12-bit/10-bit RAW RGB output formats with multiple image sizes including 4MP (2048×2048), 1080p (1920×1080), Sub2 (1024×1024), and Sub4 (512×512). Features 2×2 binning support, standard serial SCCB interface, and up to 4-lane MIPI serial output interface with staggered HDR RAW data output. Includes programmable I/O drive capability, built-in temperature sensor, image quality controls with defect pixel correction and automatic black level calibration, low power mode, and RAW watermarking capability.
