Supports dynamic defect pixel cancellation (DPC) and output formats of 10-bit RGB 4-cell pattern Bayer RAW. Supports horizontal and vertical subsampling with typical image sizes including 4024 x 2180, 3840 x 2160, 1920 x 1080, and 1280 x 720. Features standard serial SCCB interface and up to 4-lane MIPI TX interface with speed up to 2.5 Gbps/lane. Includes embedded 8k bits of one-time programmable (OTP) memory with 4k bits reserved for user. Supports 4-cell binning and full modes with on-chip 4-cell to Bayer converter. Includes three on-chip phase lock loops (PLLs), sequential multi-frame HDR, and 2.2MP 10-bit 3-exposure 4C HDR output after tone mapping. Features built-in temperature sensor.
