Aesthetic Brackets with Micro Teflon Particles Very Thin Coating Chip Resistant NiTi and Stainless Steel. All Micro-KOT coated wires and accessories are Micro-Teflon coated using very fine particles of Teflon. Fine particles stick better. All Micro-KOT coated wires and accessories have very thin coating just sufficient to mask the color of metal. Tooth-colored archwires are ink midlined (black upper - red lower) for symmetrical identification. After archwire placement, rub midline gently with a cotton swab dipped in isopropyl alcohol to remove the majority of ink.
