Manufactured from 304VAR material (Vacuum Arc Remelted stainless steel) which yields uniform chemistry with minimal voids and contaminants. Features true square or rectangular wire in cross section with minimum corner radii. All Acti4S wires are tested for required tensile strength before and after the archwire forming process. Manufactured with strict inspection requirements for torque and arch form. The material properties enable excellent strength and ease of joining with solder or welding, making it suitable for orthodontic applications. All archwires maintain tightest tolerance in size using continuous laser measuring equipment and are subjected to strict inspection requirements for torque and arch shape.
