TABEO - the optimal price-performance ratio The model variants of the TABEO series are convincing both as a supplement to smaller CAD/CAM systems and as an extension to existing sintering furnaces. The respective capacity varies from one sintering tray Ø= 100mm to three sintering trays Ø= 120mm. The sintering programs can be easily entered and saved in the program controller adapted for the TABEO series. Pre-programmed service programs support simple maintenance and cleaning of the heating systems. TABEO allows you to choose between heating elements made of MoSi2 or SiC. Both systems are designed for conventional long-term sintering. Molybdenum disilicide (MoSi2) heating elements enable a maximum furnace temperature of 1650°C. The specified service programs can be used to regenerate impurities on the heating elements. Silicon carbide (SiC) heating elements offer a max. furnace temperature of 1550°C due to their physical properties. Regeneration of the SiC heating elements through a service program is not necessary.
