CLEARFIL MAJESTY™ Posterior Syringe

CLEARFIL MAJESTY™ Posterior is a light-curing, highly filled, radiopaque nanocomposite. By a new surface treatment of the inorganic nano- and microfiller particles, Kuraray has succeeded in considerably increasing the absolute filler content in the matrix. Thus, the matrix of CLEARFIL MAJESTY™ Posterior contains a filler content of 92 wt.% (82 vol.%). CLEARFIL MAJESTY™ Posterior offers particularly high surface hardness and low abrasion rate, high mechanical strength (compressive strength: 504 MPa, flexural strength: 177 MPa), high wear resistance without negatively affecting the antagonist, high polymerization depth, low polymerization shrinkage (1.5 vol.%) and a low thermal expansion coefficient. These properties create a reliable posterior restoration with optimal marginal adaptation for a long service life of the restorations. Despite the very high filler content, the consistency of CLEARFIL MAJESTY™ Posterior is very pleasant to work with. The novel matrix also ensures color stability and prevents color deviations during polymerization.
