Vario Duplicating Flask

The Vario Duplicating Flask of the Heraeus Denture Base System consists of the following components: 1. Base tray as flask closure 2. Spacer tray for socketless duplication 3. Model plate for holding the working model during duplication with socket impression 4. Sleeve as shape-giving casing 5. Vario plate for stabilizing the silicone mold 6. Silicone sleeve for pouring the model base All parts are available in two sizes for optimal adaptation to the working model and to reduce material consumption. Indication: • Duplication with socket impression (e.g. for split cast models, silicone consumption, depending on size, 100-140 g)• Economy duplication using the spacer tray with the silicone sleeve and the non-silicone spacer material (silicone consumption, depending on size, 60-90 g)
