Denture resin with extended processing time For multiple, opposing denture bases, Palapress® vario is the right choice. The advantage of this denture resin is the controlled polymerization process. With a casting time of up to 3 minutes, multiple bases can be cast simultaneously - even on different models. After 4 minutes, a transition to the plastic phase occurs. This lasts up to 9 minutes before the work must be polymerized. This time can be used for casting opposing bases, so that multiple bases can be polymerized simultaneously in a time-saving manner.
