HeraCeram® Zirkonia 750 LiSi-Adhesive

HeraCeram® Zirkonia is optimally tailored to the zirconium oxide framework material and its CTE (10.5 μm/mK). Specifically for zirconium oxide veneering, the paste-form HeraCeram Zirkonia Adhesive was developed. It ensures maximum bond strength of the veneering ceramic to the zirconium oxide framework without the risk of blasting the sensitive zirconium oxide surface. The adhesive firing optimizes the wetting of the framework surface, cleans the framework, and fluorescates it - for a vital glow from within. HeraCeram® Zirkonia 750 combines the robustness and reliability of the proven SLS technology with processing parameters adapted to the specific physical properties of lithium disilicate. The new Adhesive 750 ensures maximum bond strength on both zirconium dioxide and lithium disilicate, and that already at temperatures between 750°C (lithium disilicate) and 800°C (zirconium dioxide).
