High-fusing veneering ceramic. HeraCeram® is the high-fusing veneering ceramic for bonded alloys in a CTE range of 13.5 - 14.9 μm/mK. Due to the low firing temperatures of max. 880°C, all alloys in this CTE range can be safely processed. For aesthetic design, HeraCeram® provides an extensive range of individualization materials in addition to optimally coordinated opaque, dentin, and enamel masses. They achieve reliable color results even with thin layer thicknesses. The stability of the masses and the low firing shrinkage ensure high dimensional stability of the veneer. With a dense, extremely smooth surface, HeraCeram® protects the antagonist and ensures high plaque resistance and gingival compatibility.
