HeraCeram® Transpa

High-fusing veneering ceramic. HeraCeram® is the high-fusing veneering ceramic for porcelain-fused-to-metal in a CTE range of 13.5 - 14.9 μm/mK. Due to the low firing temperatures of maximum 880°C, all alloys in this CTE range can be safely processed. For aesthetic design, HeraCeram® offers, in addition to optimally matched opaque, dentin and incisal masses, a comprehensive range of individual masses. They achieve reliable color results even with thin layer thicknesses. The stability of the masses and the low firing shrinkage ensure high dimensional stability of the veneer. With a dense, extremely smooth surface, HeraCeram® protects the antagonist and ensures high plaque resistance and gingival friendliness.
